1. Shall be eligible to all who give evidence of their faith to the Lord Jesus and who voluntarily hold to the fundamental doctrines of Christian faith as stated in the Holy scriptures.
2. From Men and Women who are fire praying Christians, Gospel Workers and revivalist, leading prayer warriors and spirit filled evangelistical and Christ Ambassadors Worldwide.

E. BDIAOSMETE MISSIONS/ BDIAOSMETE SPIRITUAL MINDED NETWORK,
MEMBERS WELFARE
1. All members of BDIAOSMETE are to contribute a welfare package of a stated amount to offer our regular Christian  financial donors, project assisting  Members who invited BDIAOSMETE to an event he or she is hosting.
2. Every invitation must come with a card or letter with a token.
3. If a regular member sleep in the Lord, all Members are to give financially to the family before the day of the burial to assist the family.
4. Each Member will be informed the stated amount to offer.

F. . TERMINATION OF TEAM MEMBERSHIPS OF BDIAOSMETE SPIRITUAL MINDED NETWORK
All Team Members and appointed executives are eligible for termination. If any of the said members are:
1. If members found guilty of destroying or claiming or heckling or hijacking the properties of BDIAOSMETE and equivalent properties of this commission or the foundation body ( Bishop Dr. Ibeawuchi Abraham On Spiritual Minded Education ,Training And Empowerment).
2. Tarnishing the good image or the good faith and Fundamental right of the commission or no more supportive to these evangelism projects or found working against the Institution or organizing programmes, Prayer Units or Centers of BDIAOSMETE.
3. If a member later found belonging to the traditional cult or secret society or fetish religious groups or ritualistic in practices.
4. Such membership termination will be made, after the Executive Director, and the Office of the Founders of BDIASMETE and approved Official Executives has carried out a proper investigations over the member’s acts and the said member’s performances in the said act.
5. If an executives is effected such executives will be replaced without delay by the BDIAOSMETE Executive Director.

G. BDIASMETE SPIRITUAL MINDED NETWORK TEAM MEMBERSHIP,  PARTNERSHIPS, PHYSICAL MEETING AND COLLABORATIONS

(3).  CONDITION FOR RENEWAL OF CERTIFICATES, RECOGNITION LICENSE, MINISTERIAL LICENSE AND MINISTER’S IDENTIFICATIONS CARD
Renewal of Certificate’s “Recognition License” Ministerial License, and Ministers Identification Card will not be offered, renewed or given to:
1. Team Members  who did not renew his or her Credentials after 5 Years. From Date of issuing.
2. (After applying for renewal  and the fee being payed.  Another 5 Years renewal will be offered to the bearer)
3. No renewal for Non- perticipants Organizations, Institutions, Bodies, Centers and Association empowered, in partnership, or In Collaboration or Recognition or Affiliated with Bdiaosmete Spiritual Minded Network  after 5 Years  of no corporations.

M. BDIASMETE PROPERTIES RIGHT
THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT AND FOUNDERS OF BDIASMETE SHALL BE ACTING AS THE “INTERNATIONAL GOVERNING BOARD OF EXECUTIVES (IGBOE) OF  ALL BDIASMETE MISSIONS, NETWORK ENGAGEMENT AND EVENTS. The executives shall be abbreviated as IGBOE-BDIASMETE

2. The International Governing Board Of Executives of BDIASMETE shall have and own all the purchased or gifted or donated properties, or items bought or donated to it’s Institutional Ministry, Network, Institutional Groups, Institutional Programme events, Institutional Agencies, Institutional Fellowships, Institutional Organizations, Institutional Prayer units and Institutional Secretariats and Study Centres anywhere they said items or properties are located worldwide.
3. No items purchased or gifted or donated properties of Ibauba Evangelistic Institutional Ministry, Network, Missions, Agencies, Ministries, Fellowships, Prayers and worship Centers, organizations anywhere in the world should be sold or lease or give out as a charitable items or mortgaged by any person, group of people or Official Executives, workers and staff of  BDIASMETE MISSIONS  AND NETWORK, without a written documentations of permissions to do so, duly signed by The Office of the President And Founders Of BDIASMETE MISSIONS/ NETWORK And the International Governing Board Of Executives of BDIASMETE, Before such transactions will be Authoritatively be effective.
4. The International Governing Board Of Executives of BDIASMETE MISSIONS are to stand sure that the property right of all the Bishop Dr. Ibeawuchi Abraham On Spiritual Minded Education, Training And Empowerment ( BDIASMETE SPIRITUAL MINDED NETWORK) are irrevocable, and to carry out all purposes and powers set forth in them by this Authoritative Statement Of Purpose, Missions, Faith And Believes.
5. The BDIAOSMETE  President and Vice President and two BDIASMETE International Governing Board Of Executives (IGBOE) signatures shall be sufficient for owning of all the BDIASMETE Institutional Properties, Network, fellowship, organizations, bodies, Agencies and Ministries allover the world.
6. The  IGBOE-BDIASMETE signatures Shall be as authenticity to all our Institutional Credentials, Certificate’s Recognition License, Ordinations And Consecration Certifications, Accredited Programmes course studies Certificates, Degrees, Honoris Caucus Awards, Registration or Honorable or Achievement Awards,  Ministerial Licenses, Ministers Identification Cards, Affiliation’s Certificate, Ctsom Fellowship And Partnership Renewal Certificates, Accreditations of International Gospel Performances Certifications, Wedding , Marriage and Dedication Certificate, and in all the business transactions of the smooth running ot the BDIASMETE Institutions and Ministries, and all the provided power said therein.

N.  BDIASMETE GOVERNING BOARD OF EXECUTIVES  SHALL BE MADE UP WITH THE INTERNATIONAL GOVERNING BOARD OF EXECUTIVES (IGBOE)/ THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT AND FOUNDERS  OF BDIASMETE,
ABBREVIATED AS: (IGBOE-BDIASMETE )
THIS EXECUTIVES SHALL BE:

1. The President (Board Chairman),
Vice President (Board Vice Chairman),
And two persons from the family of the founder approved by the president, and their office is for life.
2. The Office of the General Secretary can be replaced at any given time. And the office  of General Secretary or acting Secretary is not for life.
3. The Board shall be known as BDIASMETE International Governing Board Of Executives. (IGBOE)
3. The IGBOE-BDIASMETE shall always come from the family of the Founder of BDIASMETE, ( Bishop Dr. Ibeawuchi Abraham Oliver)
4. This Executives shall be the Chief Executives, administrative Directors in all the BDIASMETE Institutional Ministry, Institutional Fellowships, Institutional Organizations, Institutional Groups, Institutional Programme events and prayer units or chapels.
5. This Executives shall handle all the Business Meetings of BDIASMETE Institutional Movements anywhere in the world, and the Scriptural business minded to elevate the gospel of Jesus Christ. And they also shall see into the spiritual side of the business as welI.

O. GENERAL EXECUTIVE AND SECRETARY
The Of the President And Founders Of Bishop Dr. Ibeawuchi Abraham On Spiritual Minded Education, Training And Empowerment (Bdiaosmete Spiritual Minded Network) Shall be in charge to appoint any capable Team Member or Team Worker to be a member of the International Governing Board Of Executives, or General Secretary or acting Secretary for Bishop Dr Ibeawuchi Abraham On Spiritual Minded Education Training And Empowerment/ Bdiaosmete Spiritual Minded Network

P.  AUTHORITY BESTOWED ON THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT AND FOUNDERS OF BDIASMETE/ THE INTERNATIONAL GOVERNING BOARD OF EXECUTIVES (IGBOE)
1. The IGBOE-BDIASMETE shall always act as a trustees under any trust bestowed on the principal objects of BDIASMETE ⁸Institutional Groups, Institutional Ministry, Institutional Fellowships, Institutional Organizations, Institutional Programme events Institutional Agency and Prayer units or Chapels worldwide.
2. The IGBOE-BDIASMETE are to receive, hold, make, perform and carry out lawful Biblical and physical Empowerment,  Humanitarian Services and assignments of every kind. And any lawful Christian developmental purposes without limit as to the amount with any Christian Organizations, firm, association, faithfulls and Godly persons.
The IGBOE-BDIASMETE are to withdraw, make, accept, endorse, discount, issue and execute Gospel projects, Gospel programmes, negotiate, and to take transactions for the Institutional Ministry, Institutional Fellowships, Institutional Organizations, Institutional Programme events, Institutional Groups, Institutional Prayers units, chapels and worship Centers.
3. The IGBOE-BDIASMETE are to make, purchase or otherwise acquire, to own landed properties, essential Commodities, items, equipments and all necessary things to help the institution for their Programmes, services and studies Smoot running and training Engagements.
4. The IGBOE-BDIASMETE to hold, occupy, use and enjoy in good labour, manage, improve, develop and work, to grant, sell, exchange, let, lease, and otherwise dispose of real own properties with established agreement therein without limit as to the amount thereof and wherever the items may be situated anywhere in the world.
5. The IGBOE-BDIASMETE are erect, construct, Altar, and repair owned buildings and also raise funds for their Gospel Programmes.
6. The IGBOE-BDIASMETE are to assume any kind of good and encouraging contacts for the esterblishment of the BDIASMETE Institutional Programme events and Services, our Institutional Fellowships, Institutional Organizations, Institutional Groups, Institutional Secretariats, Institutional Campuses, Institutional Conference Centers.
7. The IGBOE-BDIASMETE are to have the obligation to receive free will donations, Offerings and gift items for their Institutional Programmes and services from God’s faithfulness and Christian firms, co-operations, associations, fellowship, groups, Churches, friends and partners,  Christian bodies and organizations, from God fearing Agencies or government both locally, national or international. For the esterblishment of Study Centres, for the erection, construction, repair, renewal, equipment improvements and development of our BDIASMETE Institutional Campuses, Secretariats or programme events Centers, and to use in enjoyment in good hard labours, management and maintaining of the BDIASMETE Governing Board Members, BDIASMETE approved TEAM Members and Ministerial Workers worldwide.
